Exploding Box/Pop-Up Invitations FAQ
1. What form/s of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal worldwide. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal even without a PayPal account.
2. Can you customize invitations?
Yes, there will be a $25 design fee cost that will be applied to your total cost if you decide to proceed with the order.
If you decide to include your custom wordings and photos, there will be a small fee added for custom printing cost.
3. Can you send an actual sample?
Yes, actual samples of one or more invitations can be sent to you for a very small fee (shipping included) which will be refunded in case of an order.
4. What is the payment requirement?
Payment: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery
5. How much does an invitation cost?
Due to the custom nature of my work I am not able to have a price list. However the price range of my current designs is $6 -$10. Please e-mail me @ jinky@jinkyscrafts.com for individual quotations.
6. How long will it take for custom made invitations?
Please allow 10 days to make the kit and 15-20 days shipping. My booking fills up FAST so please book EARLY.
7. Can I place rush orders?
Yes, with additional charge of 30%
